Saskatoon motorcycle crashSASKATOON – A man is in hospital following a motorcycle crash in Saskatoon. It happened Friday just after 1 a.m. at the bottom of the Broadway Bridge. Police say the motorcycle was spotted by a member of the traffic division speeding northbound on the bridge. A laser confirmed the speed to be over 100 km/h, according to police.

Honda CBRWallingford police spokeswoman Lt. Cheryl Bradley said the department tends to see an increase in motorcycle accidents in correlation with warmer weather. Speed is also usually a factor in most accidents.

Two years ago, Jeavons started the journey on her Honda CRF 250 R motorcycle, which she named Rhonda, in London, England.
