Harley-Davidson will produce an electric motorcycle in the next five years, the company's Senior Vice President of Global Demand, Sean Cunnings has said. Cunnings disclosed the bar and shield brand's electric motorcycle plans to the Milwaukee Business Journal.

Royal Enfield motorcycle sales for May 2016 rose 37 percent to 48,604 units as against 35,354 units sold in May last year. BMW has unveiled a stunning tribute to the legendary 80-year-old R5, named the R5 Hommage. To mark the original R5's 80th anniversary, BMW Motorrad commissioned Swedish custom bike makers Ronny and Benny Noren to design and build the main frame of the concept, fuel tank and rear fender in time-honoured fashion, whilst a supercharged original R5 engine was fitted to increase the power from its original 26hp.
