Motorcycle Basic Rider North Iowa Area Community College offers the Motorcycle Basic Rider Course curriculum developed by the Motorcycle Safety Foundation in Garner at the High School and in Hampton at the Middle School. The Basic Rider Course is the best introduction to motorcycling anywhere in the world.
